Class Overview
Vitalism… a theory or doctrine that life processes arise from or contain a non-material vital principle and cannot be explained entirely as physical and chemical phenomena.
This class will be an introduction to the philosophy and application of vitalistic principles.
This format of this class will be a somewhat interactive lecture. I’m going to do my best to make it as conversational as I can.
Students should bring something to write with and something to write on if they wish to take notes for future use and reference.
