PreK/K PE with an OT Focus!

I will be offering PreK/Kindergarten PE this semester with an occupational therapy focus. We will address balance, coordination, strengthening, ball skills, and turn taking. There will be a small fee to put towards replacing equipment.

This class is suitable for children above kinder level if they are in need of extra practice with balance, coordination, strengthening, etc. I will be using balance stepping stones, balance beam, various sized balls/balloons in a variety of ways (throwing/tossing/kicking/bouncing/catching), obstacle courses, gross motor skills (jumping, hopping, skipping, galloping. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this class or if your child may benefit.
