PreK/K PE with an OT Focus!

PreK/Kindergarten PE with an occupational therapy focus. We will address balance, coordination, strengthening, ball skills, and turn taking.

This class is suitable for children above kinder level if they are in need of extra practice with balance, coordination, strengthening, etc. I will be using balance stepping stones, balance beam, various sized balls/balloons in a variety of ways (throwing/tossing/kicking/bouncing/catching), obstacle courses, gross motor skills (jumping, hopping, skipping, galloping.
