The Boxcar Children Book Club: stories, tea, and manners

Join us as we read through the classic The Boxcar Children together! Each week we’ll enjoy a simple activity, gather around the table for tea and a snack, and listen as the next chapters are read aloud. Along the way, we’ll talk about the story, practice good manners, and learn valuable life skills like kindness, gratitude, hospitality, and respectful conversation.

Students will also keep an Adventure Journal to remember their favorite parts of the story and the lessons they learn throughout the semester. This class is all about slowing down, enjoying a great book, making friends, and creating a cozy space where stories come to life.
